Level 1 – BASIC SERVICE
For those with a good standard of written English who would like a final check.
The service includes the correction of faulty spelling, grammar, punctuation and usage.
Consistency checks. All work is read twice before completion.
Level 2 – STANDARD SERVICE
The Basic Service plus:
We suggest changes to text and headings to enhance the coherence of your work. We monitor the consistent use of key terms and acronyms. We check specific cross references within the manuscript. We check previews and summaries as well as any questions and answers. We query any ambiguous or apparently 'incorrect' statements.
Level 3 - ADVANCED SERVICE
The Standard Service plus:
A greater level of rewriting and judgement is involved in the restructuring of the text.
A full readability and text flow check is carried out.
Suggestions for changes to headings and formats are made to improve structure.
